The Advanced Education Programs is an educational program which is very plentiful and diverse. That is because of not only regular students and exchanged students from various countries, but also foreign teachers who preserve and carry the responsibility of bringing new global knowledge to the program. Moreover, “knowledge” here means both specialized knowledge of different subjects that are taught on classes, and a lot of cultural values from the overseas.

Their sessions on various batches are all enthusiastically enjoyed and fully attended. Therefore, it can be said that they are the winds of change blowing through the program. That is Mr. Tragg Pinkham of the subject English, who is always found standing on the teaching platform with a calm appearance and expressive voice that is tirelessly utilized to teach the meanings of every single English word. However, his sessions would be very ordinary and not worth-memorizing if there were no humors being made by Mr. Pinkham himself. He also does what, perhaps, no other teachers of the program do. That is generously inviting the whole students in a class to have some drinks, or creating small parties such as a birthday party for a K50 student. He also pays for studying tools of his classes. Mr. Pinkham is also the one who shares a lot of his American culture, which is very interesting experiences for all of his students. Although Mr Tragg Pinkham has only been working for the AEP for 2 years, he has created plenty of good expression that profoundly lies on his students’ hearts.

There is also Dr. Aaron Kingsbury who is from the United States, he has a very different teaching style which is very harmonious between education and humor. No one doesn’t love the teacher and students even consider him as the most humorous teacher ever.

There are also other foreign teachers who all have their own “specialties” that are really particular. That is Dr. Dieter Trautz and Dr. Insa Kühling from the civilized Germany. They only stayed in Vietnam for 2 weeks, teaching K49 in Sustainable land management & Organic farming, but they had inspired the AEP students with the strict and rigorous working style, which is an actual specialty of the Germans. Not to mention their precision and accuracy during teaching and guiding.

The lecturers mentioned above and other Doctors and Professors from other countries, they altogether have diversified the working environment of the AEP in particular and the TUAF in general with their own specific working styles and original personalities. However, they all share one thing in common. That is their intimate care for their students. No matter what class, what batch they are responsible for, they still go to classrooms of the Lecturer Hall D, standing on the teaching platform and dedicating their whole spirit to enlighten their students, to bring their students the precious flows of knowledge of not only their specializations but also their cultures, their life experiences, and their essence. They have been and will always be the teachers of AEP students, who devote their life to help students to grow up, to stand firmly in front of challenges, and to advance to a brighter future. It is such a tremendous honor for the AEP, and the whole TUAF to have them. The gratitude of generations of students and personnel of the AEP for them is wide like the ocean. Hopefully, the TUAF will be honored more by their presence and dedication.
