Recently, Thai Nguyen University of Agriculture and Forestry (TUAF) hosted a working session with a delegation from the Vietnam National University of Agriculture, which included Mr. Akutsu Hiroshi – an expert from the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) ??. The meeting aimed to exchange ideas on potential future collaborations.

This session served as an opportunity for the parties to share development strategies and explore cooperation in key areas such as agriculture, food technology, human resource training, and  scientific research.

In a friendly and constructive atmosphere, representatives engaged in meaningful discussions on priority topics including: sustainable agricultural development, the application of science and technology in agricultural production and food processing, and enhancing the quality of education through international internship and research programs for students and lecturers.

 Mr. Akutsu Hiroshi expressed his appreciation for the proactive approach and development potential of Vietnamese educational institutions in the fields of agriculture and food technology. He also conveyed his interest in promoting long-term collaboration, especially through initiatives that respond to practical needs and local contexts.

 The session marked an important milestone in strengthening partnerships between the institutions and opened up promising opportunities for education, esearch, and technology transfer in the fields of agriculture and food technology.
