STEP 4: RECEIVE ADMISSION DECISION

Timeline: Late June – Early July 2026

✓ Admission decisions will be communicated via email

✓ Successful candidates will receive:

• Official admission letter
• Acceptance package
• Next steps information
• Scholarship details (if applicable)

STEP 5: INITIATE VISA PROCEDURE

Timeline: July 1 – July 31, 2026

✓ AEP will provide support including:

• Visa approval letter
• Required documentation
• Guidance through the visa application process

✓ Submit your visa application at the Vietnamese embassy in your country

✓ Allow 2–4 weeks for visa processing

STEP 6: ARRANGE ACCOMMODATION

Timeline: July – Early August 2026

✓ AEP will assist you with:

• On-campus dormitory booking
• Guest house arrangements
• Housing preferences

✓ Benefit: Dormitory fees are waived for all international students (Batch K57 onwards)
