Specialized Faculties and Office of Advanced Programs:

• Graduation Eligibility Review:
  • For Veterinary Medicine K51 and all majors K52: The Training Department will review eligibility through the system and send the list of qualified students to the faculties.
  • Students who wish to improve their grades must submit a request to postpone graduation.
• Late Graduation Students:
  • For K49: The Training Department will review eligibility through the system and send the list to the faculties.
  • For K50 and K51: Faculties will compile the list of eligible students and submit it to the Training Department by April 14, 2025.
• Notes:
  • Students with external English and IT certificates (not approved by the university) must submit a photocopy of the certificate to the Quality Management Office for verification by April 14, 2025.
  • Students with National Defense and Security Education (GDQP) certificates that have not been recorded in the system must submit a photocopy to Ms. Vũ Thị Thanh Hoa at the Training Department, room 103 by April 14, 2025.
• Graduation Review Process:
  • The Training Department will send the review results on April 18, 2025.
  • Faculties will verify and submit graduation documents for students who meet the requirements to the Training Department. They will also send the list of students to the Student Affairs Office and Financial Planning Office by April 21, 2025.
  • Required documents: Graduation request form, GDQP certificate (original photo), English and IT certificates (photocopy, if needed). Students with certificates already recognized in the system do not need additional verification.

Financial Planning Office:

• Review tuition fee payments and submit the list of eligible students to the Training Department by April 23, 2025.

Student Affairs Office:

• Review and update student information for Veterinary Medicine K51 and all majors K52 in the training management system by April 14, 2025.
• Verify the records of eligible students and send the results to the Training Department by April 23, 2025.

Other Departments and Units:

• University-level graduation review is scheduled for April 25, 2025.
• All departments receiving this notice are required to implement the necessary procedures
