During their cultural and academic exchange days in Vietnam, students from Bridgewater, Philippines, took part in a special activity – making Xu Xê cake! Not only did they get hands-on in the kitchen, but they also kneaded the dough, wrapped the filling, folded the leaves, and enjoyed their delicious, chewy creations!



This was a meaningful experience that allowed the students to explore and enjoy the rich culinary traditions of Vietnam. More than that, it was also a great opportunity for students from both schools to bond and share delicious, beautifully crafted cakes together.
