VU THU TRA - THE GOLDEN GIRL OF AEP FAMILY

Vu Thu Tra, who is a small, pretty but always energetic girl from the Faculty of Environmental Science and Management. She received the Gold Award for the 3rd consecutive year of the Gold Award for the Study Encouragement Scholarship for exceptionally excellent students from Thai Nguyen University of Agriculture and Forestry. On a spring afternoon sitting with her, I asked her about her feelings when once again receiving the top prize in the whole department and her secret to being able to achieve so many admirable achievements. She smiled and shared:

Hello everyone, I'm Vu Thu Tra, I am a student at K50 Environmental Science & Management. Thank you for giving me the opportunity to share my feelings about AEP.

Firstly, the Gold Award of AEP's Study Encouragement Scholarship is a testament to another university year that I have tried my best and did not make teachers and parents feel dissapointed. The teachers at the school, especially the staffs from AEP are always a reliable companion, a solid spiritual support for students in their journey to achieving scholarships and reaching out successfully.

The award is an encouragement, and at the same time a reminder not to be subjective and rest on your laurels. The award is a nudge, pushing me to continue on my educational journey, and I am confident that I can stay firmly on this path, thanks to the support from family, friends and teachers.

A lot of people ask me how to get such a high achievement, I guess I just want to study all day. For me, learning is very important, but not everything. In order to have good English, I always improve myself by actively communicating with foreign friends. And when studying at AEP, a dynamic international environment, this is not difficult. Many thanks to the AEP teachers in particular and the teachers at Thai Nguyen University of agriculture and forestry in general for always trying to create conditions for our students to have such wonderful experiences.

In conclusion, I want to send a message to the next generation of students through an anonymous quote that I have always taken as my life motto: "When you were born, you cried and everyone laughed. So how do you live? so that when you die, you laugh and everyone else cries."
