Ms. Doan Thi Huong Giang used to study Agricultural Economics at Advanced Education Program - Thai Nguyen University of Agriculture and Forestry. During her study at AEP, she had the opportunity to experience short-term exchange programs in three countries, France, Korea and Canada.
In the summer of 2018, she attended a summer course in the beautiful France. She shared that it was the first time going to a new land outside of Vietnam. Everything is very strange for a shy 19-year-old girl. Besides her timid personality, her English ability at that time was also quite modest, so at first she faced many difficulties. However, thanks to the help of international friends, she was able to overcome all barriers to experience that trip to the fullest. Indeed, through that trip, she has improved a lot of skills, especially English and soft skills. In France, she studied at Purpan Engineering School and did an internship at Vignobles Esquiro vineyard. She had the opportunity to visit countless cheese and wine factories - an interesting experience that everyone wishes to experience once when they set foot in France.

From September to December 2018, she attended an exchange course in the dreamy "land of kimchi". An interesting thing from her sharing is that Korea has been her dream country for a long time because she loves Korean movies and music very much. Coincidentally, the Advanced Program had an exchange program in conjunction with Chonnam National School of Korea, so she immediately applied as soon as she heard the news and luckily got the admission. Coming to Korea, besides experiencing the modern learning environment, she also participated in many field trips, volunteer programs or even a local music competition.

In 2019, she received a full SEED (Canada-ASEAN Scholarships and Educational Exchanges for Development) scholarship and had the opportunity to attend a semester at the University of Saskatchewan in Canada. So her third overseas trip is also the third continent she has set foot on. Here, she experienced the world's leading education system, gained more professional knowledge as well as memorable travel experiences.

Besides her academic achievements, she is also active in participating in extracurricular activities, volunteering to help international students at the Advanced Education Program. Possessing a warm voice, she also won a number of music awards when she was a student. In addition, she is also interested in photography and has modeled for some fashion stores.
Hopefully in the future she will have the opportunity to leave footprints on the remaining 3 continents and wish her many great experiences.
