Starting from a student in the class 27th grade Biology of Thai Nguyen High School for the Gifted, a school with a good academic tradition, May had a strong interest in Biology in general. After the 2018 National University and Graduation Exam, May had the opportunity to know about the Advanced Program (AEP) of the University of Agriculture and Forestry (TUAF) by accident. With a passion for biology, the female student decided to choose AEP as her destination after completing her program at Thai Nguyen High School for the Gifted. May was eager to learn more about the biological mechanisms of food and its nutrition for humans. At the same time, AEP is the environment that helped Le Pham Hoang May improve her foreign language ability a lot.

With GPA: 3.06 in 1st semester and 3.40 in 2nd semester (school year 2020-2021), Hoang May excellently won the Study Encouragement Scholarship of Thai Nguyen University of Agriculture and Forestry (scholarship worth 12,000. 000 VND). The little girl shared the secret of her high marks in study: "In order to achieve high results in study, I always try to attend all the lessons of all subjects in class. And always have a good attitude. At the same time, it is necessary to equip themselves with necessary soft skills for students.In addition, it is necessary to have a creative and flexible way of learning. like learning through diagrams or working in groups. The most important thing is to have a relaxed mind, always stay calm and not put pressure on yourself."

Not only studying hard in class, Le Pham Hoang May also actively participates in club activities of AEP in particular and of TUAF in general. Through activities in the club with other students, May has improved and has an environment to promote a lot of her knowledge and skills. The girl shared: "Like when I joined the Shock Art club at TUAF in my early years, I was able to contribute a bit of my voice to the school's general activities and be a member of the community. part in the club to bring good results to the competitions of the Youth Union and Thai Nguyen city. Since then, I also have more good friends and an extremely dynamic and creative environment to develop myself. And our Advanced Programs Department always organizes programs on special occasions such as New Year, World Environment Day, Halloween, etc., helping students relieve stress after each term."

After 4 years of studying at TUAF, for Hoang May TUAF is a great environment for self-development. The school as well as the Faculty of Information Technology always create the best conditions for students to study and practice. At the same time, there are always good orientations for students such as future career orientation, skills to become a global citizen... Teachers are always interested and enthusiastic in helping students in their studies. who motivates students to constantly strive to study and practice. Friends come from many different provinces but always get along, helping each other in study as well as in daily life, participating in school activities together.
